Curan Wakeman was the son of the founder of the Watchers Bureau, Cordelia Wakeman. He was also the first chancellor who established the Western Order in 2108.
In 2114, he passed his role as chancellor to his son, Cecil Wakeman. Although he was priming his son to be his successor, Cecil would be the last Wakeman to ever be chancellor of the Western Order.
He is also the grandfather of Tejinder Wakeman.
